I have also chosen my usual Pure Tone multi contact jack socket for this very reason too, featuring an extended thread length as standard to help mounting that little bit easier. I have chosen items like the Switchcraft 'Short Frame' 3 way toggle switch, which is smaller in overall size than a traditional Switchcraft switch, making fitting it through the f-hole easier as well as having a much longer thread length making it easier to mount up once inside the guitar. 335s are a little feared by guitarists when it comes to doing wiring work, due to limited accessibility via the thin F-Holes.
