Her Actions were disgusting to say the least. Especially if the guest isn’t being disruptive & disrespectful.
Since she’s a MANAGER she should be expected to have superb customer service. to which she had me kicked out by security due to HER assumption that I didn’t have proper Identification. Terrible Customer Service by The MANAGER VONDA.
